About Chris
A Certified Professional Coach by CTI and ICF. Chris is 1 of 6 Coaches at Best Buy Canada.
Chris has over a decade of experience as a Global CPG Marketing & Innovation Leader. Having worked for brands like Twinings, Kingsmill, Nature’s Path & Daiya Foods.
Chris also understands entrepreneurial life, working with founders of small to medium sized companies. He's supported the launch of a coffee roasters and developed his own product line of sustainable soaps.
A Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Personal Trainer by LOM and NASM. Chris has over 1200 meditation hours and taught 100’s of fitness classes at the YMCA.
High performance can bring high stress. Chris is well versed in building individual and organizational programs for supporting mental & physical wellbeing.
Lastly, Chris identifies as a cis, gay male. He’s passionate about supporting fellow LGBTQIA+ (and other minority) leaders in business.
